Alinabal Group Welcomes James Henson as National Sales Manager

Alinabal Group is pleased to announce the addition of James (Jim) Henson to our sales team as the new National Sales Manager for our core business. He will be based at the company’s Milford, CT headquarters and report directly to Bill Richards, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Henson brings a wealth of experience in sales management and aerospace business development, having most recently served as Regional Sales Manager at Ametek Aerospace & Defense in Tampa, Florida. In that role, he worked with major industry players, including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Gulfstream, and General Dynamics. Before joining Ametek, he held sales and account management roles with Aeroflex Test Solutions, Pall Aerospace, and Quantum Corporation.

Henson’s leadership experience includes over 25 years of active and reserve military duty, during which he served as a commander and staff officer in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. He retired from the military in 2021 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

At Alinabal, Henson will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding the company’s market presence, and driving growth initiatives. He will also assume direct management responsibilities for portions of the sales team, focusing on strategic business expansion.
